TERMS AND SERVICE

Commissions are for personal use unless discussed otherwise. Using any commission you receive from me for any blockchain technology including NFT's, Cryptocurrency, or any future inventions within the space will be considered a violation of the ToS

1. GENERAL TERMS

• All drawings will include a watermark/signature. the large watermark will be removed after the final payment however the signature and small watermark will not

• Prices are subject to change and are non-negotiable 

• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

2. PAYMENT

• I only accept USD and payments must be done as through PayPal Invoices, if you want to pay in a different currency please convert it before you do so.I will not accept ETH or any form of crypto as payment for any commissions

• All commissions must be paid in full upfront. For the more bigger pieces or animation pieces ($100+) I can negotiate a payment plan (more info, see Point 3)
   

• Don't send me any money before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

 

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 7 further below for more info on refunds)

• If your commission exceeds over $100+ I am willing to negotiate a payment plan incase you feel uncomfortable dropping a large sum of money. Please note that this option is only available for the more pricey and complex commissions 

• While I'm working on your commission I will ask if you'd like to see the process (Sketch>Line>Color>Final) This is the perfect opportunity for you to point out any changes you'd like to make to your piece, however if you'd like this image to be a surprise for you, you are free to decline to see the process

• A speed paint video will be provided after the commission is completed. These are usually reserved for more complex or detailed pieces. if you would like one anyway do not be afraid to ask.

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 day - 3 months depending on factors such as health, complexity of commissioned piece, other work, family issues,etc.
   

• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap via Email/DM.
   

• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image if you have payed it half-way, a watermarked image will be provided until you have payed it full. Note that there is no physical product.

 

4. REVISIONS

• A small fee ($8) will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless, of course, a misunderstanding from my side has been made. minor fixes will be done free of charge

• If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

• All changes are final, you cannot come asking for another change weeks/months/Years after the prior one.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

• I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it

  • Display it everywhere to my liking

  • Post it to my social media
     

• The buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (yes, you can upload it to your dA, Instagram, tumblr, etc.) with proper credit

  • Use the artwork to promote themselves. Be sure to credit me for the artwork

  • Use it as their Banner, Icon, Etc

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way. If you would like to use it commercially we would have to have a In-depth discussion about it first.

• Claiming the artwork as your own and refusing to give me credit

• Removing my signature/watermark from the artwork

• Altering the artwork without my consent

• Using my work for any blockchain, NFT

• I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased). failure to comply will be cause for you to be blacklisted from my business.

• I will not give commercial licenses to any person(s) who intend to use any commissions for any blockchain, NFT , cryptocurrency or any invention within that space. if its discovered to be the case, you will be blacklisted and I will pursue legal action

6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• I will do everything I can in my power to make my customers happy!
   

• If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.

 

7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once payment has be sent, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL
   

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission or feel i am unable to complete the piece to the best of my extent, you will receive a full refund immediately.

• Partial refunds will be given if i accidentally overcharged a client after the payment has been received. I send an alert to you before i send the refund over.

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
   

• If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point , you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and give PayPal our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore you will be block from my socials and blacklisted for commissioning me again.

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, the artist, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to ordering your commissioned piece.
